Property Maintenance
In preparation of a season filled with plenty of fresh starts and new growth, we present to you the following package plans designed with our customer's needs in mind.
Service Details
Spring Cleanup
All of the planter beds will be edged, prepping them for mulch. If needed, the shrubs will be trimmed and pruned for the growing season. Any leaves or other landscape debris will be collected and removed from the property. The lawn will be power raked, removing any built up thatch from the lawn.
Lawn Maintenance
The lawn will be mowed and all areas not reachable by mowers trimmed. The lawn and bed edges will be maintained. The clippings will be collected and removed. All hardscaping and walkway surfaces will be blown off.
Fall Cleanup
During the fall season, all leaves and sticks from the property will be collected and removed. The perennials will be cut back.
Shrub Trimming
At the end of the growing season, the shrubs will be pruned and cut back to keep the property tidy for the fall and winter months.
Core Aeration
At the start of the fall season, the lawn will be aerated in order to release compactness in the ground and allow water and nutrients to reach the lawn's root system.
Mulch Install
Following a spring cleanup, mulch will be installed in all of the planter beds.
Overseeding
The lawn will be overseeded using premium grass seed at the start of the fall growing season. When completed immediately following core aeration, results are optimized.
